Bringing international experience to your apprenticeship training. Partner with Kesher Formation for student mobility in Europe.

About Kesher Formation

Kesher Formation is a private vocational training center (CFA) based in France, specializing in high-quality apprenticeship programs. We train young professionals in two dynamic sectors:

Our Programs:

  • CAP Petite Enfance – Early Childhood Education & Care (1-2 years)
  • Bac Pro AGORA – Administrative Management & Business Services (2-3 years)

Our mission extends beyond France’s borders. We believe apprentices benefit enormously from international experience, gaining cross-cultural competencies and expanding their professional networks across Europe.

Quality Commitment:
Since 2024, Kesher Formation has been developing a structured European mobility program to provide our apprentices with transformational learning opportunities while fostering international partnerships with training centers across Europe.

What is International Apprenticeship Mobility?

International apprenticeship mobility represents a unique educational opportunity where apprentices train abroad for 1-3 months while remaining registered in their home program.

Key Features:

  • Duration: 1 to 3 months during apprenticeship training
  • Format: Alternating model (classroom theory + workplace practice)
  • Funding: Primarily supported by Erasmus+ (European Union program)
  • Outcome: Apprentices develop international competencies while earning recognized qualifications

How It Works:

  • Apprentice continues their home apprenticeship contract
  • Contract is temporarily suspended during mobility period
  • Apprentice integrates into partner training center and employer abroad
  • They work under local employment conditions (with full protections)
  • Upon return, apprentice reintegrates into home program
  • Competencies gained are recognized and documented

Why It Matters:

  • Competitive Edge: Graduates with international experience stand out in job market
  • Skill Development: Language, adaptability, professional competency gains
  • Network Building: Connects European professionals in apprentice’s field
  • Cultural Growth: Intercultural competencies are future workforce essential
